JJSMatchDayGiveaway – Instagram Giveaway
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By entering this giveaway, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions.
1. Sponsor
In these Terms and Conditions, the organizer will be referred to as the “Sponsor.”
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 10, 2026 at 12:00pm ET and ends on July 21, 2026 at 8:00pm ET.
All entries must be received during this period. Entries received before or after the stated giveaway period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to end users who are legal residents of Canada and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
This giveaway is not open to employees of the Sponsor, agencies, suppliers directly involved in the administration of the giveaway, or their immediate family members or persons living in the same household.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant before officially declaring a winner.
4. How to Enter
To enter, the participant must complete the steps indicated in the official Instagram giveaway post, which may include:
- Create an Instagram video less than 60 seconds in duration featuring a soccerball
- Tag @jjscanada in publication
- Utilize #JJSMatchDayGiveaway in publication
- Follow the official Instagram account of @jjscanada
Entry limit: one entry per person during the entire giveaway period, unless the official post clearly states otherwise.
Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, bot-generated, fake-account entries, or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
5. Prize
There will be one winner only.
The prize consists of:
One Uneeda EKAPRO Total Sanding Kit, Part# 106326 OR Part#106438.
Three Ekasilk 3 sided sponges; 1 super fine, 1 very fine, 1 fine.
Approximate retail value of the prize: CAD $1008.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, credit, discount, or any other product.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The prize does not include accessories, consumables, installation, training, special transportation, taxes, additional fees, or any other benefit not expressly described in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
7. Winner Selection
The potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place on July 23, 2026 “electronically”.
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message through Instagram or by another reasonable method determined by the Sponsor.
8. Requirements to Be Declared the Winner
Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner must:
- Confirm their eligibility.
- Respond within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.
- Correctly answer, without mechanical, electronic, or third-party assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.
- Provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize.
- Sign, if requested, a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and consent to use name/image.
If the potential winner does not respond within 2 business days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not provide the required information, the potential winner may be disqualified and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped only to a valid address within Canada.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control related to the delivery of the prize.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
10. Participant Content and Conduct
Entries must not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, misleading, vulgar, threatening, obscene, violent, unauthorized commercial, or third-party-infringing content.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that, in its reasonable judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions or negatively affects the integrity of the giveaway.
11. Use of Name, Image, and Content
By entering, the participant authorizes the Sponsor to use their name, Instagram username, comment, submitted content, image, city/province of residence, and/or statement related to the giveaway for the administration, communication, and promotion of the giveaway, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, comply with legal requirements, and, where valid consent exists, send commercial communications.
The Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable law.
13. Relationship with Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.
By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway.
Any questions, comments, or claims regarding the giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
14. Relationship with Uneeda
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Uneeda is not the organizer, sponsor, administrator, or party responsible for this giveaway. Any reference to Uneeda is made solely to describe the prize.
15. Errors, Technical Issues, and Cancellation
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, Instagram failures, internet interruptions, software issues, hardware issues, delays, data loss, entries not received, messages not delivered, human errors, posting errors, or any situation that affects the normal administration of the giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if any situation compromises the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the giveaway.
16. Disqualification
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:
- violates these Terms and Conditions;
- provides false or incomplete information;
- uses fake, duplicate, or automated accounts;
- attempts to manipulate the entry process;
- acts fraudulently or abusively;
- interferes with the administration of the giveaway;
- violates Instagram’s rules.
17. Limitation of Liability
By entering, each participant releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies, suppliers, and business partners from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or liability related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, technical failures, communication errors, cancellations, delays, or any situation beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor’s total liability shall be limited to the approximate retail value of the prize.
18. Taxes and Winner Responsibilities
The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, declarations, obligations, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize, if applicable.
19. Sponsor Decisions
All decisions of the Sponsor related to the administration of the giveaway, eligibility, winner selection, entry validation, and prize delivery are final and binding, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to participants under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial law, any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the Province of Ontario.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
